I retain and empower the employees and management teams of the companies I partner with and provide them with resources and support to grow.

Critical Asset Services is led by Richard Godwin.

Over the past 20+ years I have had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and family business owners. This has been through investor, board and corporate finance advisory roles at LDC (Lloyds Bank’s private equity business), Rothschild & Co and KPMG.
​
Having been involved with family-owned businesses all my life, I founded Critical Asset Services to partner with like-minded business owners to support a successful transition of ownership and growth.​
​
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW and hold a Bsc (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Warwick University and Richmond University (USA).
